Paramotor training in Spain Learn to fly in near Barcelona, one of the best flight zones of Europe, the weather is generally a more reliable and the costs less than training in the UK, even when you take into account travel and accommodation.
Beginners Complete CourseObjectives: To learn the basic techniques to pilot a motorised paraglider you will make your first flights, an instructor will always be giving guidance by radio. You will learn to fly with the safest and most effective methods that exist at the present time.· Practical individual ground handling - the inflation of the wing and the control of the takeoff. · Practical with a tandem paraglider, the instructor demonstrates to the student the manoeuvres during flight. This part allows the student to make a gradual progression. Theory, in which the student acquires the basic knowledge of aerodynamics and meteorology, learns about the equipment, and the theory of flying with a motor. You have the option of using you own paramotor or using equipment provided by the school. Course duration = 8 days depending on the weather Using the Schools paramotor cost 890€ and Includes Practical exercises, theory lessons, transport during the course, use of all necessary equipment (paraglider, harness, radio, helmet, etc...) including the paramotor. Insurance required at a cost of 70€ Course is ran by a BMAA qualified Instructor
